How do I reset my password?

Order Status

To order,you'll need to go to home page,then collection and from the item page select the desired product and add to your cart and when you have finished shopping, click on cart and select a shipping and payment method.Enter your shipping details and next your payment details.Check that the information you entered is correct and click 'Buy now'.After awhile you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and from here we will take care of everything and to make sure your order gets to you,we will notify you with another confirmation email as your goods are shipped.

How do promotional codes work?

Our promotional codes gives you access to the exclusive offers that we have.To take advantage of any promotion we offer,all you need to do is to enter the code in the appropriate field at checkout and click apply.

 Can I change my order or amend them?

Each order is instantly processed and automated for confirmation thus it is not possible to modify the details. We also can not amend your delivery address or upgrade a standard delivery to an express one, once it has been submitted.To purchase additional items,you have to place a new order and to return any items;you have to refer to our return policy.

  How do I track my order?

You can track your order by placing your given numbers under the tracking number link or click the link in your confirmation email to check its progress.Alternatively you can contact us and your query will be dealt with.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled because it is processed automatically but the package can be returned based on our returns policy.

What are my cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”);if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Wednesday, you have 14 days from Thursday to notify us of your cancellation.

If you have made a purchase through our Website or over the telephone and have paid for delivery but wish to return the full order by post or to a store you are entitled to a refund on the outbound delivery charge originally paid within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be the equivalent value of standard delivery.

When will my order be dispatched

You will receive your dispatch confirmation email along with your tracking number once your parcel is with your courier,this should give you relative peace but if you're still bothered with the expected delivery date feel free to link up with us.

Can I change the quantity, size or colour of my order
Unfortunately once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes or amends (i.e. size, colour or quantity). However you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of the order being placed

Can I return underwear or lingerie purchased online or in store
Generally you can only return underwear and lingerie if the product packaging hasn't been damaged. If the item is not packaged, you may still return it as long as the tags and hanger (if applicable) are still intact.
